CUSTOMER TERMS & CONDITIONS
(For Inspect Global Pro Platform)
- Platform Role
Inspect Global Pro is a digital marketplace platform that connects customers with independent inspectors. The Platform does not directly perform inspection services and acts only as an intermediary. - Scope of Use
Customers may use the platform to submit inspection requests, receive inspector allocation, and manage inspection reports. - Non-Circumvention (STRICTLY PROHIBITED)
The Customer agrees not to directly contact, engage, negotiate, or hire any inspector introduced through the Platform outside of Inspect Global Pro.
This restriction shall apply during the engagement and for a period of 12 (twelve) months thereafter.
Any violation shall be treated as a material breach and may result in penalties, legal action, and permanent restriction from the platform.
- Platform Fees
The Customer agrees to pay applicable service fees, commissions, or charges as defined by the Platform. - Payment Terms
All payments related to inspection services shall be made through the Platform unless otherwise agreed in writing. - Inspector Responsibility
Inspectors are independent professionals. The Platform is not responsible for the execution, quality, or outcome of inspection services. - Limitation of Liability
Inspect Global Pro shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from inspection services performed by inspectors. - Confidentiality
Customers shall not misuse or disclose inspector information, reports, or platform data. - Termination
The Platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate customer access in case of violation of terms or misuse. - Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms shall be governed by the laws of India. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Kolkata, West Bengal. - Acceptance
By submitting an inspection request or using the platform, the Customer confirms acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
